Our Services: Placement and Programming
HOPE's service model is designed to provide high-value, high-acuity residential care bundled with measurable programs that promote long-term youth independence
Core Residential Placements
We provide specialized, round-the-clock care in a non-institutional, family-style setting for youth aged 2-23. Our dual capacity ensures the right fit for every youth referred.
Holistic Family-Style Residence: Provides comprehensive, trauma-informed care and stabilization for the universal youth population. This model supports trauma intervention, behavioral regulation, and family reunification efforts.
Specialized Identity-Affirming Residence: A dedicated residence prioritizing LGBTQIA2S+ youth or those actively exploring their identity. All staff in this stream receive advanced SOGIE (Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, or Gender Expression) training
Specialized & Measurable Programs
HOPE's residential care is differentiated by bundling three specialized, outcome-focused programs into the per diem rate. These programs are designed to deliver measurable results in healing, identity exploration, and independence readiness, which justifies our high-value positioning with CAS.
